Summit of Light, founded in Colorado in 1999, is a small all-volunteer Christian ministry.  Our sacred mandate is to support our brothers and sisters of the clergy through intercessory prayer and sponsored restorative retreats for those serving small to medium-sized congregations or ministries.

Despite volunteer numbers fluctuating over the years, Minister Lyons and Minister Bethea have faithfully served as the ministry's primary co-laborers since 2016.

We provide monthly financial support to and pray for:  Fostering Leadership and Ministry Excellence (FLAME) in Virginia founded by Bishop Dwight S. Riddick, Sr.; En Gedi Retreat in Colorado, founded by Carl Walker; World Harvest Church Assemblies of God in Kahama, Tanzania under the leadership of Bishop Emmanuel Array Gewe; and Friend Ships Unlimited, an international humanitarian aid and disaster relief ministry founded by Don and Sondra Tipton, that's headquartered in Louisiana.
